MEDLINE/PUBMED is the National Library of Medicine and National Institutes of Health’s listing of scientific articles in journals.

This searchable bibliography uses the MeSH system of controlled vocabulary for indexing articles, which provides a consistent way to retrieve information that may use different terminology for the same concepts. MeSH currently lists COPD, Chronic Bronchitis, Emphysema, Bronchiectasis as the search terms to use. PubMed can also be searched by author’s name, or scientific keywords.
